What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers. Payment is processed securely on-site once the service is completed.
Is there a warranty on parts and labor?
Absolutely. We stand by our craftsmanship. All repairs performed by Third Gear include a 12-month or 20,000km warranty on both parts and labor, whichever comes first.
Do you repair non-European vehicles?
While we specialize in European manufacturers like BMW, Audi, Mercedes, and VW, our technicians are fully licensed and experienced in repairing all makes and models with the same level of precision.
Do I need to be present during the repair?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients are at work or inside their homes. As long as we have access to the vehicle and the keys, we can perform the diagnosis and repair and provide updates via phone.
